Located within the same gated and highly secure site, our yard space is ideal for utility companies, infrastructure projects, construction support, building materials, contractors, and work service operations requiring reliable outdoor storage or operational space.
With flexible yard space available to rent by the acre, we can support both short-term project requirements and longer-term operational needs.
Hardened Indoor Storage & Secure Buildings
For customers requiring secure indoor space, our site offers a range of hardened structures suitable for storage, maintenance, inspection, and operational use.
Available space includes a high-bay maintenance shed and warehouse of approximately 17,000 sq ft, with office accommodation included and an internal height of around 7 metres. In addition, the site benefits from six former missile silo structures, offering approximately 7,000 sq ft of secure space, alongside several smaller ancillary units of around 1,700 sq ft each.
These buildings are exceptionally secure and well suited to high-value item storage, vehicle inspections, maintenance works, equipment storage, logistics support, and storage and distribution operations.
Units are available individually, giving businesses the flexibility to take only the space they need.
